Ai sensi del Regolamento generale sulla protezione dei dati personali 2016/679 del 27 aprile 2016 (“GDPR”) Vi comunichiamo con la presente ex art. 13 le seguenti informazioni sul trattamento dei Vostri dati che la nostra Società è tenuta a raccogliere, registrare, aggiornare, memorizzare ed utilizzare nell’ambito delle finalità qui descritte.
- Dati trattati e finalità del trattamento
Non trattiamo alcun Vostro dato qualificabile come sensibile/particolare o giudiziario. Trattiamo dati che sono necessari per l’instaurazione ed esecuzione dei rapporti contrattuali, in essere o futuri, con la Vostra Azienda quali ad esempio: dati anagrafici, fiscali, dati di natura economica e commerciale.II trattamento è finalizzato allo svolgimento di adempimenti di natura contrattuale ed ai conseguenti obblighi legali e fiscali derivanti dalla instaurazione del rapporto contrattuale, incluso l’assolvimento degli obblighi nei confronti dell’Amministrazione finanziaria ed inclusi i rapporti con gli istituti di credito per il pagamento dei corrispettivi a Voi spettanti. - Modalità del trattamento
II trattamento è svolto unicamente dal titolare e/o da persone dallo stesso autorizzate. Gli stessi dati verranno trattati in modo lecito, secondo correttezza e con la massima riservatezza, principalmente con strumenti informatici ed elettronici e memorizzati sia su supporti informatici sia supporti cartacei che su ogni altro tipo di supporto idoneo, nel rispetto delle previsioni di Legge e comunque nel rispetto della finalità sopra descritta.Il trattamento è realizzato per mezzo delle operazioni o complesso di operazioni così come enunciate dall’art. 4 comma 1, lettera a) Codice Privacy nonché dall’art. 4 n. 2 del GDPR e più precisamente: la raccolta, la registrazione, l’organizzazione, la conservazione, la consultazione, l’elaborazione, la modificazione, la selezione, l’estrazione, il raffronto, l’utilizzo, l’interconnessione, il blocco, la comunicazione, la diffusione, la cancellazione, la distruzione dei dati, anche se non registrati in una banca dati. - Natura di conferimento dati – Rifiuto di conferimento dati
Il conferimento dei dati personali è facoltativo ed è strettamente necessario ai fini dello svolgimento delle attività di cui al punto n. 1. Si precisa però che l’eventuale rifiuto da parte dell’interessato al conferimento dei propri dati personali comporta l’impossibilità di adempiere alle attività di cui al punto n. 1). - Ambito di diffusione e di comunicazione dei dati.
I Vostri dati non sono soggetti a diffusione. Tuttavia, i Vostri dati oggetto del trattamento, potranno però essere comunicati a: collaboratori esterni, consulenti anche fiscali, commercialisti e, in genere, a tutti quei soggetti cui la comunicazione sia necessaria per il corretto adempimento delle finalità indicate al punto n. 2 (quali, a mero titolo esemplificativo, società del gruppo, Amministrazione Finanziaria, società di assicurazioni, professionisti, istituti di credito).
Titolare, Responsabile e Persone delegate tratteranno i dati solo se necessario per lo svolgimento dei compiti loro assegnati. - Durata del trattamento
I dati verranno trattati per tutta la durata del rapporto contrattuale e comunque nel limite di 10 anni. Al termine della durata del trattamento, una procedura interna prevede la distruzione dei documenti cartacei e la cancellazione delle informazioni dai sistemi informatici.
Nel caso di revoca del consenso i dati saranno cancellati entro 15 giorni dalla richiesta, fatti salvi specifici obblighi di legge sulla conservazione della documentazione contabile e amministrativa. - I diritti
Come previsto dagli artt. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 e 21 GDPR, sono previsti i seguenti diritti in Vs favore relativi alle informazioni personali che possono essere applicati a seconda delle circostanze:- Diritto di accesso: il diritto di ottenere l’accesso ai dati (se l’organizzazione li sta elaborando) e alcune altre informazioni (simili a quelle fornite in questa informativa).
- Diritto di rettifica: il diritto di avere diritto a che le informazioni siano modificate se sono inesatte o incomplete.
- Diritto alla cancellazione: in termini semplici, significa richiedere la cancellazione o la rimozione delle informazioni che vi riguardano, laddove non vi è alcun motivo valido per un’organizzazione di continuare a utilizzarle. Questo diritto è anche noto come “il diritto all’oblio” e non è un generale obbligo di cancellazione; vi sono delle eccezioni come, ad esempio, se Noi dobbiamo adempiere ad un obbligo di legge o dobbiamo conservare i dati per la difesa in un procedimento.
- Diritto alla limitazione: significa il diritto di “bloccare” o sopprimere l’ulteriore uso delle informazioni che Vi riguardano in determinate circostanze. Ad esempio, potreste voler limitare gli scopi per i quali possiamo elaborare i Vostri dati. Quando l’elaborazione è limitata, l’organizzazione interessata può ancora archiviare le informazioni, ma non può utilizzarle ulteriormente per tutti gli scopi iniziali; può utilizzarle solo per quelli limitati.
- Diritto alla portabilità dei dati: il diritto di ottenere e riutilizzare i dati personali in un formato strutturato, comunemente usato e leggibile da un elaboratore in determinate circostanze.
- Diritto di opporsi: significa il diritto di opporsi a determinati tipi di trattamento, in determinate circostanze.
Ai fini dell’esercizio dei Vostri diritti potrà inviare una comunicazione ai Dati di contatto, unitamente ad una copia di un documento di identità valido. Se non siete soddisfatti della risposta all’esercizio dei Vostri diritti o ritenete che il trattamento delle Vostre informazioni non sia conforme alla legge sulla protezione dei dati, potete presentare un reclamo all’autorità di controllo competente. - Processi decisionali automatizzati

I dati personali possono essere trasferiti verso Paesi dell’Unione Europea nell’ambito delle finalità menzionate al punto n. 1. Inoltre, in caso di utilizzo di piattaforme in cloud per l’archiviazione e/o il trasferimento di dati, gli stessi, nel rispetto di quanto previsto dagli artt. 44 e seguenti del GDPR potrebbero essere trasferiti anche verso paesi terzi rispetto all’Unione Europea, in particolare per l’eventuale appoggio su server. Pursuant to the general personal data protection regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (“GDPR”), we hereby provide you ex art. 13 with the following information on the processing of your data that our Company is required to collect, record, update, store and use for the purposes described herein.
- Processed data and processing purposes We do not process any of your data that may be qualified as sensitive/special or legal. We process data needed to establish and carry out current and/or future contractual relationships with your company, such as personal, tax, economic and commercial data. The processing serves to fulfil contractual obligations and the consequent legal and tax obligations deriving from the establishment of the contractual relationship, including the fulfilment of obligations towards the financial administration and relations with credit institutions for the payment of fees due to you.
- Processing methods The processing is carried out only by the data controller and/or persons authorised by him. The data are processed in a lawful manner, according to correctness and with utmost confidentiality, using mainly electronic and computer tools, and stored both on computer media and hard copy and on any other suitable media, in compliance with the provisions of the Law and always with respect for the purposes described above. The processing is carried out by means of the operations or set of operations stated in Privacy Code Art. 4 para. 1, letter a) as well as GDPR Art. 4 no 2, and more precisely: collecting, recording, organising, storing, consulting, processing, changing, selecting, extracting, comparing, using, interconnecting, blocking, sharing, disclosing, deleting and destroying data, including when not recorded in a database.
- Nature of providing data – Refusal to provide data Personal data is provided on an optional basis and is strictly necessary for carrying out the activities referred to in point 1. However, please note that any interested party refusal to provide personal data implies the impossibility of fulfilling the activities referred to in point 1.
- Scope of data sharing and dissemination. Your data are not subject to dissemination. However, your data subject to processing may be shared with: external collaborators, (tax) consultants, accountants and, in general, all parties needed for the correct fulfilment of the purposes indicated in point 2 (e.g. group companies, Financial Administration, insurance companies, professionals, banks). The Data Controller, Manager and Processors will process the data only if necessary to carry out the tasks assigned to them.
- Duration of processing The data will be processed for the duration of the contractual relationship and in any case within a 10-year deadline. After the deadline, an internal procedure will provide for the destruction of paper documents and deletion of information from the IT systems. If consent is revoked, the data will be deleted within 15 days from the request, without prejudice to specific legal obligations on keeping accounting and administrative documentation.
- Your rights As provided in GDPR Arts. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21, your personal information rights, which may be applied according to circumstances, are the following:
- Right of access: the right to obtain access to the data (if the organization is processing them) and some other information (similar to that provided herein).
- Right of rectification: the right to have information changed if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Right of cancellation: in simple terms, it means requesting the deletion or removal of information concerning you when there is no valid reason for an organization to continue using it. This right is also known as “the right to be forgotten” and is not a general cancellation obligation; there are exceptions such as, for example, if we must comply with a legal obligation or keep the data for legal defence purposes.
- Right to limitation: the right to “block” or suppress further use of information that concerns you in certain circumstances. Only services that comply with current legislation requirements (such as the Privacy Shield certification of the bilateral EU-USA agreement) will be used in this case.

- Processed data and processing purposes We do not process any of your data that may be qualified as sensitive/special or legal. We process data needed to establish and carry out current and/or future contractual relationships with your company, such as personal, tax, economic and commercial data. The processing serves to fulfil contractual obligations and the consequent legal and tax obligations deriving from the establishment of the contractual relationship, including the fulfilment of obligations towards the financial administration and relations with credit institutions for the payment of fees due to you.
- Processing methods The processing is carried out only by the data controller and/or persons authorised by him. The data are processed in a lawful manner, according to correctness and with utmost confidentiality, using mainly electronic and computer tools, and stored both on computer media and hard copy and on any other suitable media, in compliance with the provisions of the Law and always with respect for the purposes described above. - Nature of providing data – Refusal to provide data Personal data is provided on an optional basis and is strictly necessary for carrying out the activities referred to in point 1. However, please note that any interested party refusal to provide personal data implies the impossibility of fulfilling the activities referred to in point 1.
- Scope of data sharing and dissemination. Your data are not subject to dissemination. However, your data subject to processing may be shared with: external collaborators, (tax) consultants, accountants and, in general, all parties needed for the correct fulfilment of the purposes indicated in point 2 (e.g. group companies, Financial Administration, insurance companies, professionals, banks). The Data Controller, Manager and Processors will process the data only if necessary to carry out the tasks assigned to them.
- Duration of processing The data will be processed for the duration of the contractual relationship and in any case within a 10-year deadline. After the deadline, an internal procedure will provide for the destruction of paper documents and deletion of information from the IT systems. If consent is revoked, the data will be deleted within 15 days from the request, without prejudice to specific legal obligations on keeping accounting and administrative documentation.
- Your rights As provided in GDPR Arts. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21, your personal information rights, which may be applied according to circumstances, are the following:
- Right of access: the right to obtain access to the data (if the organization is processing them) and some other information (similar to that provided herein).
- Right of rectification: the right to have information changed if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
